Bachelor Challenge Season 1 - Episode 11

Author's Note: I apologise to my old readers for leaving this challenge on a sudden hiatus and making it seem like it would never be completed! As many of you have experienced with hobbies before, life just got in the way. And I also became super obsessed with my UDC story and typed that like crazy this year! One benefit from this break was that my writing has greatly improved and I'm sure it'll be visible if you look back on old chapters of the Bachelor series! Thanks for your patience and enjoy~
Also of note: Part of this chapter was written in January 2025 and I don't intend to change it. Also all screenshots were taken earlier this year so the happenings have been planned months in advance :P

Aaaaand we're back to an all new episode of The Bachelor! The gang is back home at Sunlit Tides and ready to acclimate back into the sunny climate after their escapade in France. With another contestant gone in the last episode, the numbers dwindle and tensions keep rising. What dramatic events will happen tonight? Keep reading and find out!

After a lengthy flight home from Champs Les Sims the group arrives back closer to the afternoon. As they whiz back home in Bobby's car the warm air hits their faces and they all can't wait to get changed into something looser and more comfortable for the blistering weather.

The drive from the Sunlit Tides airport to the villa was quick and easy with the girls taking in all the gorgeous sandy sights as the bachelor drove them home. Strangely enough they have missed the tropical mansion even though they had just been at another beautiful cultural hotspot in France. Nevertheless Bobby parked in the villa garage, unloaded everyone's suitcases and stepped inside.

Everyone couldn't help but take a deep breath in as they stepped into the foyer, the sweet scent of rose and hibiscus filled their lungs and they all indulged in a deep sigh as they shook off their travel tiredness. Nothing had changed at the villa in their time away and Bobby didn't hesitate to tell them what was next to come for them.

"Welcome home, girls!" he exclaimed with arms in the air, "feel free to spend the day relaxing and getting back into the groove of the tropical life. But don't relax too hard as we will be having a small get together at a local seaside bar."

The remaining contestants all ooo-ed and ahh-ed at the sound of the party before Bobby finished his sentence, "and no need to dress up too much! It's not a formal occasion but if you have something to show off I won't stop you" He gave the girls a smirk and was met with smiles back, all in varying degrees of excitement.

Everyone took their luggage and hauled it back into their rooms. With Theodora gone Rosie and Pearl were the only ones left sharing a room but they were happy to still be roomies as they got along very well together.

Bethany walked into her room and noticed all of Theodora's belongings missing and her bed stripped back of her colourful purple that she slept under. She accepted the pang of sadness that grew in her chest as she knew she was going to miss their late night gossip sessions and sharing various makeup products when getting ready for each day at the villa. She breathed out the heaviness in her chest and smiled about all the memories she got to share with Theodora.

But to her surprise she noticed something different about her own part of the room. When glancing at her bed she saw a cute new plushie stuffed in between her bed pillows with its beady black eyes staring directly at her. Bethany voiced out a melodic "awww!" as she got closer to inspect it and spotted a small note laying beside the stuffie's hand. She picked it up and read it quietly,

"Bethany!
I'll be rooting for you from the other side of Sunlit Tides!
Keep this plushie with you until we meet again, which we will!!!
Lots and lots of love, Theodora. xoxo"

She put down the note on her bedside table and hopped onto the bed to hug the bread plushie tightly. She then placed the smiling bread in between the pillows again and leaned back to relax for a bit, reflecting back on her time with not only Theodora but everyone in this competition so far.

Meanwhile, the other three remaining contestants all agreed on unwinding for a bit in the downstairs sauna. They got dressed in their swimsuits and gathered at the shared bathroom. Rosie got the coals hot and sprayed some water on them to generate the warm and comforting steam. She and Pearl sat down on the wooden bench near the coals and leaned their heads back, indulging in the past-time.

Mary-Anne decided to take it one step further and made herself a herbal bath with various essential oils and petals mixed into the marble tub. Only when they all got situated in their desired spots did the conversation start flowing freely, chatting about anything and everything.

Bobby met with the villa's private chef and asked her to make some snacks for the day and let her know that they wouldn't be home for dinner. After exchanging some more pleasantries, talking about the trip to Champs Les Sims and what is in store for the next few days, the bachelor stepped aside to call up some people to attend the small party he's planning tonight. The chef got to work on some hors d'oeuvres made with freshly caught seafood sourced from the Sunlit Tides bay.

After speaking with the bar to inform them of their arrival, including the camera crew, Bobby called some friends of his and invited them to attend tonight. There were some people he invited that he hasn't seen in years and he was hopeful to see them again that evening, not just to catch up but to see if any of his pals would see something special in any of the contestants left in the running. Once his phone calls were out of the way the villa's chef served some exotic seafood finger food and Bobby called the girls to eat out on the patio in the garden.

Bethany was last to come down to the group to eat but she giggled at how glistening the other contestants looked from the sweat they worked up in the sauna. They were all clearly tired after their long flight home but friendly exchanges were shared around the table nonetheless. Some of the girls tried to get some information out from Bobby about tonight but he kept his lips sealed.

There were still several hours left before any of them had to even think of getting dressed and pretty for the evening so they all began to entertain themselves in their own personal ways. Bobby went to meditate in solitude in his room upstairs while Rosie decided to get the drinks flowing early and spritzed herself a cup from the keg inside the mansion.

Mary-Anne also decided to spend some time alone which led her to take a short and unplanned nap in her room. Pearl felt a burst of energy surge through her after her time at the sauna and so she turned on an electronic music radio station and did some cardio. Bethany was one of the more social girls out of the bunch so once she saw Pearl working out she joined in, not to work out but to dance!

Pearl laughed at the other girl once she realised what she was up to but let her be, focusing on her breathing instead. She ultimately finished her exercise earlier than expected as she received a call on her mobile phone. Realistically contestants aren't permitted to speak to people outside of the competition but once she answered and she revealed that it was her long-time pal Gilberto the production crew let her converse.

Gilberto was eager to hear how she was doing so far and was proud of her for not getting eliminated yet. She gushed about how great Bobby is and how many fun experiences she's had with him so far, leaving out some intimate details while Bethany danced behind her. Pearl's friend promised to see her tonight and she was ecstatic to see a friendly face once again. He had been to the villa before when Bobby hosted a party in their first week here but he hasn't seen his friend since then.

And before they knew it the sun was beginning to set behind the horizon and it was time for everyone to get dressed to party. Bobby pulled out a comfy yet relaxed flannel shirt which he wore over a white tee and finished the look with a denim jacket that would most definitely keep him warm from the inevitable cold winds by the end of the night.

The girls however showed a dynamic of styles and tones as they slowly met downstairs near the elimination stage. Bethany wore a peachy baby doll dress, Mary-Anne impressed in a lace off-the-shoulder top with jean shorts, Rosie broke out her secret weapon of a brown and black leather ensemble and Pearl stunned in a floor-length leopard print figure-hugging dress.

Pearl and Rosie were the only two girls left that were sharing a room and they remained very humble and close to one another even if they were fighting each other to win the affection of the Bachelor. Pearl approached her roommate and complimented her style, sharing that she actually had the same set but in red back at home!

Once they were all downstairs Bobby called the girls outside and showed that they were to travel to their party destination in a luxury jeep. They all fit nicely and comfortably into the leather-interiored car, three girls at the back and one in the front (Bethany beat the girls to the front seat) and off they zoomed down the darkening paths.

The venue was a unique one with many open archways and following the tiki style displaying lots of wooden walls and furniture scattered about. Tropical instrumentals hummed lowly over the conversations that were had inside the bar and it was clear that Bobby did not make access exclusive to the party that was about to ensue. The contestants actually appreciated that and those who were local to the area were excited to see their neighbours and friends throughout the night.

As soon as they were inside and gravitating towards the bar one woman stood out from the rest of the crowd, a curly haired lady who looked to be in her 60s or above, turned to see the Bachelor and exclaimed with joy. They shared a friendly kiss on the cheek each and began to catch up. The girls couldn't help but notice how importantly the woman stood in her red power suit and two toned corset. Mary-Anne felt like she recognised her but couldn't put her finger on from where exactly.

Yet just as each girl received their first complimentary drink for the night from the barman in strutted a familiar and unwelcome face: Margo. The first girl to leave the competition and one that bore some unnecessary sass and hatred towards the Bachelor. She was met with snarls and grimaces but remained a confidence in her posture that irked some of the remaining contestants.

Margo brushed past Rosie and the two leather clad girls remained indifferent to one another. Rosie placed a hand on her hip and looked the other way, feigning ignorance while pondering, why did Bobby invite her here? Margo just flicked her curls in the other girl's direction before getting ready to create some chaos while Bobby wasn't looking.

And indeed Bobby was greatly distracted as he chuckled with the mysterious woman while she shared her anecdote. Who this lady was and how Bobby knew her was through film; Bobby had been working as a stunt double for a martial arts scene in an action film and Candy Chaplain was one of the lead actresses throughout the movie. While working on said film they found a common language and stayed close friends since, only seeing each other every few months as Candy's schedule is overflowing with fancy projects.

"Now tell me, what should I expect from this bunch?" asked Candy in a motherly way to the Bachelor. "I'd love to speak to each girl in my own time tonight but who has stood out to you the most?"

"They're all really lovely girls," spoke Bobby diplomatically. "It's hard to single any of them out right now."

"Oh, pish posh applesauce, Bobby! You're speaking to a friend here, not one of them! Tell me... who's got your blood flowing?" She nudged him with an elbow and the man could feel his cheeks begin to glow.

"Well then, friend to friend, there's one that I could say stands out from all of the rest... her name is Pe-" Just as he was ready to reveal a special girl amongst the rest he spots a commotion in his peripheral and soon the vision is followed by loud shouts.

Across the way Pearl and Margo had clashed together but were respectful enough to take their spat outside of the party. They hadn't gone far though, only disappearing to the hallway connecting to the main floor of the bar, and their argument was soon heard clearly by the other patrons nearby. Before Bobby could intervene this is what they barked at one another.

"You think you're so great and mighty showing your face here, huh?" mocked Pearl as she waved her hands in Margo's face. "Nobody invited you here so GET LOST."

"You sure you're not the one who's lost here?" retorted back Margo, placing her hands on her hips in defence. "You're just trying to play favourite to our perfect bachelor, being the only one that actually decided to get up in my face."

"Why do you care? You made it very clear that you weren't interested in him... why come back at all?"

"Sometimes you only realise what you want once you can't have it, this is one of those times! I want a second chance and I came to demand one so move out of my way!" She tried to shove Pearl aside but she had dug her heels into the stone tiles below her, she wasn't budging for even an inch.

"You gave up, no second chances. Don't you dare try to break the rules that you didn't create," barked Pearl at the dark haired gal who was clearly burning up with rage the longer she was denied access.

"You listen here you blonde bi-" just before Margo could launch herself into berating the slender girl Bobby had shown up behind her. Pearl stepped aside to let Bobby take over and crossed her arms as she waited for the final nail in the coffin. Margo half expected Pearl to drape herself over the Bachelor and really rub it into her face how lucky she was to still be in the running but that wasn't Pearl's style.

"Girls, you are making a scene here." He stated the obvious and Pearl wasn't pleased with herself but she still stood by her decision to confront the unwanted guest. She spoke up before turning around and heading back to get another drink,

"Margo is begging for your grace to be let back into the competition. She says she only realised that she wanted you once she couldn't have you." She leaned in closer to Bobby's ear when she said her last statement and brushed her hand across his shoulder before taking her leave, stomping straight to Gilberto as she rolled her eyes at what she had just experienced.

"Hi Bobby," began Margo with a sorrowful tone, trying to salvage her chance of getting into Bobby's good books but he did not waver.

"Is what Pearl said true?" Blunt and straight to the point, you had to admire that quality in him, but it was scary to be on the receiving end of it all.

"Partially," she said but Bobby raised a brow before she admitted, "Well, okay, it's all true. I want another shot at winning your love! I was blind before and I want to make things right."

"You only get once chance at this, Margo-" he was cut off from speaking further as Margo wanted to make her point be heard fully before he finished his rejection speech.

"Let me finish first, I just want to say that I really apologise for my behaviour just weeks ago and I-"

"I honestly don't want to hear it Margo. I don't give out second chances." Bobby's words cut through her like thousands of blades through her heart and now she was defeated. She abandoned the bachelor to stand by himself in the empty room and walked back towards the bar.

In the meantime Bethany had finished her first drink and spotted that the karaoke machine was idle and simply beckoning her to sing a tune for everyone at the bar. She flicked through the tracks available and settled on a pop song that was top of the charts at the time and belted her heart out to the romantic lyrics.

Some of the strangers at the bar invited each other for a dance during Bethany's performance and amidst the sudden tension caused by Margo the spoken melodies were a warm welcome to let loose and push your worries aside.

Poor Pearl needed a place to vent after her encounter and she used her friend as her outlet. Gilberto listened carefully and remained a level head while he tried to calm his feminine friend down and Rosie couldn't help but overhear some of the nasty comments that Pearl had directed towards the eliminated contestant. Rosie began to feel a little sad and a thought of disappointment passed her mind as she watched her roommate be filled with rage.

It wasn't all bad though as Gilberto made the brilliant suggestion to Pearl to let her remaining emotions out on the dance floor. He began to pester his friend to tell her more about Bethany, implying he would like her number if Bobby didn't choose her by the finale, to which Pearl responded, "trust me, she's not your type."

Candy began her rounds to chat with as many of the contestants as she could and started with the redheaded wonder that was Mary-Anne. She caught the girl's attention by tapping her on the shoulder before gesturing and exclaiming,

"Who the hell wears something like this to a party?!"

Mary-Anne was stunned by this judgemental comment and stuttered for a moment before figuring out how to respond back to Bobby's friend.

"I-is... is there something wrong with what I'm wearing?" Candy just scoffed, revealing a cheeky smile, and continued with her opinion,

"Isn't that a bit too much skin for a bar? You'd never catch me dead with shorts around here."

"Oh boy, you don't know the half of it when it comes to showing skin... I'm the more conservative one of the bunch if that makes you any happier!" Mary-Anne nervously chuckled and Candy's eyes lit up by her comment.

"Oooh~ Do tell, who is the scandalous one of the bunch?" The ginger girl didn't feel to right in gossiping about her rivals to a stranger but she wanted to appease the older woman so she would put in a good word to the Bachelor and so she spilled the beans. Pearl and Theodora came to mind first when it came to being risque with their outfits but as Pearl was the only one left in the competition she spoke about her.

"Ah, the one that started that drama back there?" asked Candy, clearly staying observant even amidst the buzzing crowd this evening. Mary-Anne sheepishly nodded. "I'm going to have to speak to her next then! Do you see her anywhere?"

As Candy and Mary-Anne searched the crowd for the named girl Rosie approached Margo that stood next to them as she sipped on her drink in a hunched posture. It was clear that Margo was mildly embarrassed by the scene she had caused but people surrounding her weren't extremely comfortable by her presence either. Rosie got straight to the point once she met Margo's gaze and softly said,

"I think it's best if you leave this bar."

"Is it really so wrong that I'm here tonight?" Margo's voice sounded defeated yet still there was a sharpness to her tone as she looked up at Rosie who without a second thought answered back,

"Yes. Yes, I actually think it is wrong. You've made everyone uncomfortable here, you've achieved your goal... now it's time for you to leave."

Margo stood up from the barstool and felt multiple eyes watch her every move. She shut her eyes for a moment and winced before muttering a quick "I'm sorry" to Rosie and storming off to leave through the front exit. Rosie breathed a sigh of relief and looked around the venue to see what she would get up to next.

Across the room Bobby found Gilberto standing alone as he erupted into applause to Bethany finishing a second song on the karaoke machine. He thought it would be the perfect opportunity to say a genuine thank you for his appearance at the party that night and to see how he thinks Pearl is doing, from his point of view.

"Hey man, great to see ya again!" exclaimed Gilberto as he pulled the Bachelor in for a bro hug. "Thanks for inviting me to your gig here."

"It's great to have you, Gilberto... can I call you Gil?"

"Nah, I go by my full name and my full name only." Gilberto spoke in a serious tone when he said that but he didn't seem offended, he was only setting boundaries. Still, Bobby felt like he should apologise.

"Oh, I'm sorry if I offended you by my question," began Bobby before being cut off by a chuckle from his friend.

"Dude, don't worry about it! I get hit by nicknames left and right but my full name has always suit me perfect." The men smiled at one another before launching straight into their next point, started by Gilberto.

"Man... Pearl let off a fuse earlier, didn't she?" Bobby brought a hand up to his neck awkwardly as he spoke,

"Yeah, it wasn't an ideal party situation but I'm glad the problem resolved fast! I swear it was never my intention to incite drama or rivalry between the girls here."

"Ah, I know that. You're a cool dude Bobby... can I call you... Robert?"

The men exchanged knowing glances before bursting into a fit of silly laughs. Gilberto proceeded to make a quick glance left and right before sharing that Pearl seems to really, really like Bobby, perhaps even more than her last love. Bobby remembered how Gilberto semi intimidated and threatened him at the last party they were at together and couldn't forget his words even if he tried.

"And what I said to you before, about how the next man that hurts her I will kill... it still stands. Please, don't screw things up between you two."

"It has never been my plan, Gilberto."

Just as this exchange concluded Pearl emerged behind Bobby and her friend couldn't help but slyly say, "Well... speak of the devil!"

"Oh, were you two boys talking about me?" Pearl raised her hands to point at herself and the men shared a side glance before looking back to the gorgeous lady.

"What else could the two of us be talking about?" jested Bobby. "How are you doing tonight?"

"Apart from the altercation that ensued earlier I'm doing amazing. The drinks are flowing, the company is friendly and there's much fun to be had! Thanks for hosting another great get-together Bobby." The pair were smiling at Bobby as Pearl finished speaking and Gilberto inhaled sharply as he analysed where the conversation was heading.

"Well... I guess I'll leave you two lovebirds alone for a moment... would you like another drink, Pearl?"

"You bet I do! I'll talk to you again soon, Gilberto." He tipped his sunglasses down and winked at his friend before thanking Bobby again and disappearing towards the bar. Now that they were 'alone' Pearl developed a sultry tone as she spoke to the Bachelor.

"You know, I was just speaking to Candy before I came over to you. She's such a fascinating character of a woman!" Her body language began to change also, posturing herself to accentuate her curves and assets to gain all of Bobby's attention. Bethany couldn't help but notice from the stage and even missed a beat in her third song of the night as she glanced in their direction.

"Tell me about it," answered Bobby. "I'm very lucky to have met her many years back and still call her a friend. I hope she didn't pester you too much with her... intrusive questions, if we can call it that."

"She definitely asked for some intimate details from me but I can tell it's coming from a caring place, so I was honest with her as best as I could be." She turned to look behind her where Candy still sat, now questioning Rosie about her intentions and feelings towards the Bachelor, before turning back to smile at Bobby.

"She also couldn't help but reveal that you almost mentioned my name when she asked for a favourite out of us four." Bobby was stunned and his eyebrows raised up. She spoke the truth, he was trying to say Pearl's name before she and Margo interrupted his conversation with Candy but he didn't even get close to finishing it... how could she guess so well?

"Now, that's only half true," he attempted to nonchalantly defend himself. "I never got to say anyone's name to her as I was interrupted by the Margo situation... but I won't lie to you, you were the first to cross my mind." The pair took a step closer to one another and Pearl began to bite her glossy lip seductively. With tensions rising it was easy to forget the people surrounding them but the moment ended sooner than expected.

Pearl and Bobby were only inches away from each other when Bethany stormed off of the stage and huffed past them, bashing shoulders with Pearl and stomping straight towards the bar to talk to Candy. Pearl exclaimed a "hey!" as she furrowed her brow and sent a bitchy look towards the other contestant but refrained from starting another conflict. She turned back to face Bobby and rolled her eyes in annoyance but Bobby knew he should focus on the task at hand: talk to each of the girls throughout the night.

He decided to excuse himself and see how Rosie was doing and he found her standing and inspecting the crane machine at one corner of the bar. She shifted from one leg to another as she glanced between the various plush toys that littered the inside of the glass casing and Bobby decided to see if he could grant her a romantic favour.

"See anything you like in there?" opened Bobby as Rosie turned to look at him, blushing once she realised that he noticed her interest in the plushies. She glanced back inside the machine to finalise her decision and reveal which one she was eyeing up.

"Maybe," she giggled as she clasped her hands together. "There's a little yeti toy nestled in the middle and I was thinking of trying my hand at retrieving him but..." Her voice trailed off but Bobby raised a hand as to stop her talking and began to take steps closer to the console at the front of the machine.

"Allow me," he said smoothly, rolling a coin into the slot beneath the buttons. "I've successfully fetched several toys from these crane games before, watch and learn"

He gripped down onto the joystick to control the directions in which the crane moved above the toys and positioned it just right below the yeti. Rosie stood close and kept her eye on the prize, crossing her fingers once the crane lowered to grab onto the mess of plushies below. Bobby smashed the red button and the crane closed to clasp onto the yeti that Rosie really wanted but he didn't let his gaze slip from the prize just yet.

The crane shook violently and tried its best to dislodge the plump yeti from its grasp but lo and behold the yeti made it safely into the prize hole in the bottom right corner of the machine and out it popped from the flap door below. The Bachelor celebrated by pumping his fist up in the air and fished the toy out, holding it tight like a trophy.

Rosie clapped in awe and respect and graciously accepted the yeti which Bobby had now passed into her hands. She squished the toy and looked at it from all angles with childlike joy and finally spoke to Bobby again.

"Oh, he's just perfect! Bobby, you shouldn't have!"

"Hey, while you have a crane game master in your midst you should utilise his powers!" Rosie extended her arms out as to ask for a hug and the Bachelor happily enveloped her in an affectionate embrace. The hug was quick and more friendly than romantic but the pair felt happy and hopeful together before getting distracted by the barman announcing something to the crowd.

"We are about to begin the coalwalk challenge just outside the bar! If you'd like to participate make your way out the back and test your physical prowess and endurance in the burning coals!"

Rosie and Bobby looked at each other with impressed expressions and walked together to see who else was gathering outside. Some of the other contestants had already gathered outside and were slipping their shoes and heels off to sink their feet in the sand outside.

The sky had grown fully dark now and a few thin clouds streaked across the night sky, concealing some of the sparkling stars that shone above them. A glowing warmth radiated from the simmering coals yet the air was nice and crisp surrounding them. It felt like a perfect end to an eventful night and soon the girls were encouraging each other to take the first steps!

Mary-Anne was pushed to one end of the coalwalk and with a fearful pit in her stomach she tried to rush through the red coals. She got halfway before jumping from one foot to another and exclaiming some pained sounds and so she ran back to where she began.

As she made her way back onto the sand she hurriedly submerged her feet in the cold sand and exhaled some loud sighs, feeling the relief washing over her as the pain subsided. Bobby made sure to check on the girl before conducting the walk himself and Pearl was the next in line to traverse over the embers that lay before them.

"Are you doing alright? Should I call a medic?"

"Thankfully there's no need," responded Mary-Anne as she continued to wriggle her toes between the cooling sand. "Though you can easily describe my feet as being grilled to perfection!"

Pearl hiked up her leopard print dress as to not catch it on fire while she speed walked across the coals and whooped as she made it over in one piece. The other girls applauded and were very impressed by her sheer willpower and determination and she invited the next girl to take on the challenge.

Bethany refused to do the walk and her mediocre excuse was that she didn't want to strip off her thigh-high socks. The contestants paid her no mind and Rosie was happy to be the last girl to walk the coals. She took it a step further, almost like a spit in Bethany's face and purely out of her daredevil nature, and kept her black socks on her feet as she prepared to cross the flaming path.

She inhaled sharply and steeled herself as she hovered one foot over the quelled flames, taking in the sensation of the heat below her. Several seconds went by and off she ran!

Although she moved quickly each step she took looked calculated and balanced. Her face twisted into various expressions of shock, determination and pain but once the soles of her burning feet touched the beach on the other side of the walkway she could almost hear her feet sizzle as they cooled down. The crowd cheered and hollered at her achievement and she walked off confidently, checking if her socks had any holes that were burned through.

The finale to the night was for Bobby to do his turn on the coals and he threw off his shoes with two kicks, his keds flying in an arch over the bunched red coals. The contestants wanted to count him down to dramatise his experience but he was too eager and began to run far sooner than they were done counting from three. He raised his hands high above his head once he completed his walk and accentuated his heat by taking a collar of his denim shirt and flapping it while blowing air out from his cheeks. The girls giggled and laughed and joined together to leave the bar as one.

As they all made their way back to the jeep they arrived on Bobby made one last stop at the bar to thank Candy for making an appearance at his party regardless of her busy filming schedule. The conversation that they had before his departure remained private but Bobby knew he would take her words and preferences into consideration for the next elimination. They kissed each other on the cheek goodbye and off he went to drive the group home.

The sandy roads were lightly illuminated by the wooden streetlamps that littered the roadsides of Sunlit Tides but the headlights of the car shone brighter as it illuminated the path. Pearl couldn't help but continue the conversation in the car and congratulated Rosie on her ballsy behaviour, asking to know her secrets in bravery while Bethany took a quick snooze in the front seat during their trip home. And before they knew it they were home.

The front door was unlocked and the private chef had fixed the group up a small supper for anyone who needed a snack before their slumber. It may have been midnight but Pearl and Mary-Anne were the first to accept a bowl of gourmet cookies and warm milk. Bethany complained how tired she was and retreated upstairs first while the others finished their meals in the kitchen before also saying goodnight to the rest of the gang.

With only four girls remaining in the competition Bobby decided he would not be handing out any more flowers to signify safety from elimination and the contestants had to accept it with a lump in their throat. The positives they saw from how few girls remained was that the shared bathroom wasn't as packed when they would be washing up for the night and some sweet gossip was traded as they cleaned their faces from the layers of makeup that decorated their faces.

Rosie and Pearl spent a few minutes staying friendly and conversational before settling into their beds. Rosie had gotten dressed into her pyjamas in one of the bathroom stalls while Pearl was comfortable with her nudity and got changed right in the room while her roommate was present. They both expressed how they had a good night and couldn't help but share their equal frustration about Margo's appearance just hours earlier.

Bethany and Mary-Anne slept alone in their rooms with Bethany cuddling up close to the toast plushie that Theodora left behind. The various bouquets that Mary-Anne had received from the Bachelor that stood on her bedside table had began to wilt a little but she couldn't bring herself to throwing the florals away until there wasn't a single petal left.

And soon Bobby found his way to bed also, washing away all of the experiences and drama that he witnessed throughout the day in his personal shower. He had much to think about, from the various interactions he had with each girl to what Candy had to say to him about the contestants before he left, and as he pondered on his feelings he drifted off to sleep.

More interesting conversations were to come in the morning but now it was time to rest up and prepare for another action packed day. And with that concludes our eleventh episode of the Bachelor! Bobby continues to learn more about each girl and get closer to making his ultimate decision at the end of this experience. Next episode will feature a solo date with Bobby and one lucky girl... who might he choose out of the four remaining girls? Found out next time!
